Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 12-18 years old, in primary and junior high school learning stage; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for nonsuicidal self-injury in the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition, developed by the American Psychiatric Association; 3. Diagnosed by 1 deputy chief physician of the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine, with a Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score of 7~24 points, good communication; 4. Sufficient audiovisual proficiency to complete the examinations required for the study; 5. Single use of antidepressant drugs; 6. Have a certain foundation in painting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe upper limb mobility disorder and other mental disorders; 2. Combined with severe organic diseases; 3. Serious suicide attempts; 4. Dependence or abuse of psychoactive substances, personality disorders, mental retardation, etc.
