18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Young university students aged 18-30 years with physically sedentary behavior (PSB) (defined as sitting time >=55% of daily waking hours or accumulated 7.7-8 hours/day) and right-handed; (2) No medical conditions listed on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q); (3) Absence of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or neurological disorders; (4) Normal or corrected-to-normal vision; (5) No engagement in regular physical exercise; (6) Free from musculoskeletal disorders that may prevent participation in physical activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of any medical condition requiring ongoing treatment. (2) Current pregnancy or lactation. (3) Recent adherence to restrictive diets (e.g., the ketogenic diet).
