control group:Apply hydrocortisone butyrate cream topically for 2 days, followed by application of vitamin E cream topically for 5 days.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for mild atopic dermatitis; 2. Age >=18 years old, male or female; 3. No treatment with hormones, immunosuppressants or other drugs in the past 4 weeks; 4.Those who can comply with the experimental protocol and sign informed consent; 5. No obvious liver and kidney function injury and other organ diseases;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious systemic diseases affecting the study, complicated with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, endocrine and other serious systemic diseases affecting their survival; Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and malignant tumor; Cognitive impairment; 2. People who are allergic to any component of the drug in this study; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Severe skin allergies; 5. Those who cannot comply with the treatment plan and do not receive treatment as prescribed.
