Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a clinician with reference to the 2016 version of the Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease in China; (2) Able to read and understand and answer the completed scale questions independently or with the help of others; (3) Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary Parkinson's syndrome and Parkinson's superimposed syndrome; (2) Cognitive impairment with a score of <24 on the Mini-mental State Examination;(3) Combination of other serious organic diseases, such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and tumors.
