Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria and activity indicators recommended by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 2009 for SLE;The patient is in the active phase of SLE (SLEDAI>6). 2.Healthy volunteers: No history of major illnesses, no recent infections or inflammatory diseases. 3.Sign the informed consent form and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE): pregnant or lactating women; Patients with infections, allergies, or other serious systemic or autoimmune diseases. 2.Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: Pregnant or lactating women.
