Interventions

General Anesthesia Combined with Nerve Block(A group):Administer normal saline via infusion pump preoperatively
prepare a postoperative analgesia pump.
General Anesthesia with Dexmedetomidine Combined with Nerve Block(B group):Administer dexmedetomidine via infusion pump preoperatively

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA classification: I-III levels; 2.Patients over the age of 18 who have undergone elective total knee arthroplasty in our hospital; 3.Ensure comprehension of the relevant evaluation content; 4.The patient is willing to undergo technical procedures such as sciatic nerve block and femoral nerve block;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to nerve block procedures, including but not limited to coagulation disorders, infection at the puncture site, and allergy to local anesthetics; 2.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 3.Patients with neuromuscular disorders, trauma, or concomitant extra-articular pain in the affected limb; 4.Patients with a history of long-term analgesic/sedative medication use or substance abuse; 5.Patients undergoing secondary or subsequent knee revision surgery; 6.Patients with sick sinus syndrome and/or a basal heart rate <50 beats per minute (bpm);
