Interventions

Test group:Rabeprazole enteric-coated capsule 20 mg bid+ compound bismuth aluminate granule 2.6g bid+ amoxicillin 1 000 mg bid+ minocycline 50mg bid
Control group:Rabeprazole enteric-coated capsule 20 mg bid+ compound bismuth aluminate granule 2.6g bid+ amoxicillin 1 000 mg bid+ minocycline 100mg bid.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age ranges from 18 to 70 years old, regardless of gender. 2. The value of the 13C-urea breath test (13C-UBT) DOB is greater than or equal to 4. 3. There has been no previous treatment for Helicobacter pylori (Hp) eradication. 4. No bismuth agents, antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicines with anti-Hp effects have been used within 4 weeks before inclusion in this study, and no acid-suppressing drugs have been used within 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being allergic to any of the drugs used in this study. 2. Having a history of malignant tumors. 3. Being pregnant, lactating or planning for family planning. 4. Having complications of peptic ulcer such as massive bleeding. 5. Suffering from severe liver and kidney dysfunction. 6. Having severe diseases of the heart, lungs and blood system. 7. Having a history of previous gastric surgery. 8. Having a history of gastrinoma.
