Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with informed consent are 45 years old (inclusive) to 85 years old (inclusive) at the time of signing the informed consent form, right-handed; 2. Meets diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease(AD) or mild cognitive impairment (MCI): (1) Alzheimer's disease: meet the core clinical criteria of probable AD dementia in the 2011 NIA-A revised diagnostic criteria for AD. (2) mild cognitive impairment: Peterson's diagnostic criteria for MCI in 2014; 3. Neuropsychological score: MMSE <=28 points, Clinical dementia score: CDR <=2 points. 4. Cognitive comprehension ability to cooperate with the measurement of eye movements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of alcohol intoxication, or a history of drug addiction, or neurological diseases other than AD that can cause cognitive impairment, such as brain trauma, epilepsy, encephalitis, and normal intracranial pressure hydrocephalus; 2. Systemic diseases that may lead to mild to moderate dementia (such as liver and kidney insufficiency, endocrine diseases, vitamin deficiencies); 3. Those with severe aphasia or physical disability who are unable to complete neuropsychological examination; 4. Accompanied by eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataract, blurred vision or loss of visual field. 5. Patients who took amantadine, diazepam or levodopa in the past three months and complained of visual hallucinations; 6. Accompanied by eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataracts, blurred vision or loss of visual field. 7. Patients who took amantadine, diazepam or levodopa in the past three months and complained of visual hallucinations; 8. The researchers think it is not suitable for participants in the experiment.
