Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years old; 2.The NYHA grading system is rated I-III; 3.Patients diagnosed as debilitated; 4.Volunteer to participate in the study and sign an informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People with mental disorders (schizophrenia, mania, insanity, etc.) and cognitive disorders; 2.Patients with intellectual disabilities; 3.Patients and their families refused to participate in the study; 4.Other conditions considered inappropriate for the study;
