Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >= 18 years old; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Patients undergoing primary total hip replacement under composite nerve block under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy or intolerance to any drug used in the study ; 2. With other serious systemic diseases (serious heart, kidney, or liver lung disease): Goldman score 13; patients with renal insufficiency (blood creatinine, urea nitrogen is 1.2 times the normal range) or abnormal liver function AST / ALT is 1 / 5 / 2 times the normal; maximum vital capacity (FVC) 30 kg/m^2 ;; 5 Patients who are expected to transfer to the ICU after surgery 6. Coagulation dysfunction 7 existing neurological or anatomical defects in the lower limbs 8. Infection at the block site
