Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age Requirement: Adult patients aged 18 years or older. 2. Surgical Type: Patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). 3. Complete Baseline Data: Availability of comprehensive clinical and surgical data, including demographic characteristics, intraoperative and postoperative monitoring indicators, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative Cognitive Impairment: Patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or preoperative depression. 2. Multi-Organ Failure or Critically Ill Patients: Patients with preoperative multi-organ failure or those admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU), as their high risk of complications may limit the broad applicability of the model. 3. Incomplete Data: Patients with missing postoperative pulmonary-related data or other critical clinical data. 4. Insufficient Follow-Up: Patients with short postoperative follow-up periods or those who died postoperatively due to other reasons, making it impossible to collect complete relevant data.
