Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM) between 2020 and 2024; 2. Age >=65 years; 3. Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score >=60; 4. Eligible for elective (non-emergency) surgical intervention; 5. Complete perioperative and follow-up data available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not newly diagnosed with glioblastoma or histology inconsistent with GBM; 2. Unexpected intraoperative death.
