18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Underwent standardized radical esophagectomy for esophageal cancer; 2. Received standard preoperative and/or postoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy; 3. Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of esophageal cancer; 4. Underwent standard contrast-enhanced chest CT scan within 1 month before surgery; 5. Had complete and available clinical records; 6. Aged 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor-quality CT images with artifacts; 2. Received non-standard esophageal cancer treatment (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy); 3. Concurrent diagnosis of other malignancies; 4. Perioperative mortality.
