Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children admitted due to fainting or other symptoms of orthostatic intolerance; A series of examinations including detailed medical history inquiry, physical examination, biochemical examination, routine 12 lead electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, electroencephalogram, and cranial MRI were conducted to exclude other diseases 2. Both cases were diagnosed with vasovagal syncope and/or orthostatic tachycardia through an upright tilt test, and the diagnostic process followed the Children's Syncope Diagnostic Guidelines (2016 edition); 3. Sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Family members do not agree to join the group; 2. The child has any organic lesions in the cardiovascular and other systems; 3. Children who require long-term oral administration of drugs that may affect autonomic nervous function. 4. Participants who also participate in other clinical research projects during their participation in this project.
