Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The gestational age of extremely premature infants is 28 - 31+6 weeks, and they are admitted to the NICU after birth. 2. Parental age: Females are = 20 years old, males are = 22 years old. They have an educational level above junior high school, no cognitive or communication disorders, and are willing to participate in this study voluntarily. 3. Parents can skillfully use smartphones and various APP software and can receive online training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The premature infant has congenital developmental malformations or inherited metabolic diseases. 2. The parents have mental illnesses or language communication disorders.
