Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the "Otorhinolaryngology of Traditional Chinese Medicine" and the 2002 edition of the "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine (Trial)", the diagnosis of the syndrome of cough, qi deficiency and blood stasis was formulated. Main symptoms: (1) pharyngeal itching, dry cough, paroxysmal irritating cough; (2) pharyngeal foreign body sensation, accompanied by sore throat, pharyngeal hairy astringency or frequent throat clearing; Secondary symptoms: cough aggravated after overwork, fatigue, less qi lazy speech, less appetite and loose stool, spastic cough, throat tingling, thirst and warm drink. Tongue light dark, or petechiae ecchymosis, white or greasy fur, fine astringent pulse. Signs: no obvious abnormality of pharyngeal mucosa examination, or pharyngeal congestion, or lymphoid follicular hyperplasia of posterior pharyngeal wall, or swelling and congestion of lateral pharyngeal funiculus. Patients with two main symptoms and two secondary symptoms, or one main symptom and three or more secondary symptoms could be diagnosed. TCM symptoms should be differentiated by two senior physicians with TCM qualifications. 2. Diagnostic criteria of relevant western medical diseases: According to Han De-min's Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and combined with the clinical characteristics of patients with laryngeal cough, the key points of diagnosis were formulated. The patient had a history of upper respiratory tract infection, recurrent pharyngitis, and previous allergen exposure. Symptoms: cough, pharyngeal foreign body sensation, pharyngeal itching, dry burning sensation and all kinds of discomfort. Signs: Throat examination and lung examination were normal, or chronic congestion of pharyngeal mucosa, or lymphoid follicular hyperplasia of posterior pharyngeal wall, uvula enlargement, swelling and congestion of lateral pharyngeal funiculus, or tonsil enlargement. At the same time, the following conditions are met (1) meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Age of 18-75 years old, both sexes; (3) Good communication skills, able to complete the scale successfully; (4) The subjects were informed and voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chest radiographs indicate patients with lung and trachea lesions or laryngeal tumors; 2. The age of 75 years old, or in the pregnancy, breastfeeding women; 3. Have serious primary cardiovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, blood system or other serious diseases, mental illness, etc.; 4. Patients who are allergic to the experimental drug or have fainting needles and fainting blood; 5. Those who cannot strictly comply with the requirements of this trial and are participating in other drug clinical trials; 6. Others are not suitable to participate in this researcher.
