Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients residing in the ICU, aged over 18 years old; 2. Meets Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria; 3.Obtain informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of sepsis upon entry for more than 24 hours; 2. Patients expected to die within 48 hours; 3. Dying state

The incidence of AKI and RRT demand within 7 days after diagnosis of sepsis;No mechanical ventilation time within 30 days;
