Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with hemophilia A underwent THA or TKA at our center; 2. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent; 3. Age > 18 years; 4. X-ray results showed Kellgren-Lawrence (KL) grade 3-4 or severe limitation of joint movement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other hematologic diseases (such as thrombocytopenia); 2. Lack of information, including demographics, laboratory data, surgical data; 3. Patients with other diseases, including acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), tumors; 4. Patients who refused to participate or refused follow-up.
