Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal physical examination patients and patients with advanced vitiligo; 2. The inclusion criteria of patients with advanced vitiligo refer to the consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of Vitiligo (2021 edition); 3. The progressive stage was determined by Vitiligo disease activity score (VIDA), homotypic response, and Wood lamp. VIDA score: new or original skin lesions within the past 6 weeks (+4 points), new or original skin lesions within the past 3 months (+3 points), new or original skin lesions within the past 6 months (+2 points). New skin lesions or enlargement of original skin lesions in the past year (+1 score); The total score > 1 was defined as progressive stage, and > =4 was defined as rapid progressive stage. Isomorphous reaction: local leukoplakia within 1 year after skin injury; Wood's lamp: the color of the lesion was grayish-white, the boundary was unclear, and the area of the lesion under Wood's lamp was larger than the visual area, suggesting a progressive stage.Progression of the disease could be considered if any of the above three factors were met.
