18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 <= age <= 85 years; meeting the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus issued by the World Health Organization; willingness to undergo an exhaustive fundus examination; and the patient being mentally normal and compliant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other types of diabetes mellitus; presence of acute complications of diabetes mellitus; previous glaucoma, central/branchial retinal vein occlusion, uveitis, etc. resulting in damage to the fundus of the eye; patients with other combinations of serious systemic diseases, acute infections; pregnant and breastfeeding women; and those who, in the judgment of the investigator, are not suitable for participation in the program.
