Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) clinical classification criteria for knee OA; 2. Age> 45 years old; 3. Knee pain for more than six months and knee pain assessed by VAS (100 mm) >=40 mm; 4. Ultrasound imaging shows that the knee joint has synovitis with effusion; 5. The Hoffa synovitis score (MOAKS method) 32 and oozing synovitis score (modified WORMS method) 33 of the knee joint evaluated by magnetic resonance assessment were both >=1, and the sum of the two scores was >=3; 6. Able to listen, speak, read and understand Chinese, understand the requirements of the trial and be willing to cooperate with the investigator to conduct the trial, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone knee arthroplasty; 2. Magnetic resonance contraindications, such as pacemaker, artificial metal valve and cornea, after aneurysm clipping, arterial dissection, metal foreign body in the eyeball, claustrophobia, etc.; 3. Have other diseases that are more painful than knee osteoarthritis; 4. Have active malignant tumors or other life-threatening diseases; 5. Have used an investigational drug or worn a testing device in the past 30 days.
