Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age >= 18 years;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-native speakers of Chinese; 2. Individuals with hearing or speech communication impairments; 3. Those with severe trauma, coma, or impaired consciousness; 4. Individuals with vocal cord diseases, upper respiratory infections, or other conditions causing voice abnormalities; 5. Individuals unable to adhere to study protocols or complete the study due to other reasons; 6. Those who have participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months;
