Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who were expected to be admitted to the ICU of Zibo Central Hospital from April 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, aged >=18 years old, with orotracheal intubation, SBT passing within 30 minutes, planned removal of orotracheal intubation, and fully informed and agreed to enter the study met the inclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are discharged or give up treatment automatically; 2. Upper airway obstruction was found after extubation; 3. No indwelling catheter; 4. There are contraindications to bladder pressure measurement such as bladder injury, neurogenic bladder, and bladder contracture.
