Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old, gender not limited; 2.Diagnosed with cardiovascular disease and hospitalized for treatment; 3.The patient is able to understand and cooperate with the research process (such as completing questionnaire surveys, participating in activities, etc.);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2.Unable to effectively cooperate with interventions (such as long-term bed rest, inability to participate in activities); 3.The condition is too critical and requires transfer to the intensive care unit (ICU); 4.Patients admitted for less than 48 hours;
