Menopausal syndrome after oophorectomy in reproductive-age patients

Interventions

Control group:After skin incision, intravenous infusion of 0.3 mg/kg/h normal saline until the end of surgery
Experimental group:After skin incision, intravenous infusion of 0.3 mg/kg/h esketamine until the end of surgery

Eligibility

Age
25 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 25 and 55 years old; 2. Bilateral oophorectomy under general anesthesia for endometrial cancer resection; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification ? to ?; 4. Premenopausal status preoperatively without obvious menopausal symptoms (Kupperman score <=6); 5. No hormonal therapy used within 6 months preoperatively; 6. Willing to participate in this study and accept complete postoperative follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors in other sites; 2. Patients who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy preoperatively; 3. Patients with contraindications to esketamine; 4. Patients with a history of esketamine abuse or dependence; 5. Patients with communication disorders or difficulty understanding the assessment scales used in this study.
