Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women who give birth or terminate pregnancy by surgery in Cangzhou Central Hospital from November 2024 are divided into normal pregnancy group, early preeclampsia group (pre-eclampsia before 34 weeks of pregnancy) and late preeclampsia group (after 34 weeks of pregnancy) according to whether the patient's preeclampsia occurs and the time of occurrence, 30 cases each.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who refuse to provide placental tissue samples or those who quit halfway; 2.People who are participating in other related studies; 3.Suffering from other serious pregnancy complications outside of preeclampsia, such as placental abruption, placenta previa and obvious bleeding, etc. 4.Combined with autoimmune diseases; 5.There is a recent history of serious infection. 6.Multiple pregnancies; 7.people who is receiving special treatment that may affect placental mesenchymal stem cells, such as immunosuppressive treatment.
