Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of ILD; 2. Acute exacerbation or progression of dyspnea within 1 month; 3. Diffuse ground-glass opacity or consolidation of both lungs on the basis of the original ILD manifestations of chest HRCT; 4. Oxygenation index =18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dyspnea caused by known causes, such as fluid overload, congestive heart failure, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, etc.; 2. Respiratory symptoms worsen for more than 1 month; 3. Incomplete clinical treatment or inability to follow up the patient's survival; 4. Combined with meaningful special infections such as lung fungi and tuberculosis;
