Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Patients with a diagnosis of traumatic extremity fracture [including: single upper extremity fracture (and) or lower extremity fracture and multiple upper extremity fracture (and) or lower extremity fracture] 3.No major psychiatric disorders, narcolepsy or substance abuse 4.No severe abnormalities of major organ function 5.Those who gave informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious problems or even failure in the functioning of important organs such as the heart, brain, kidneys and liver; 2.Patients who are unable or unwilling to cooperate, such as those with mental disorders; 3.Patients with combined spinal cord and spinal column injury and fracture; 4.Amputation patients.
