Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Populations: 1. Subjects who voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age 18-80 years old; Inclusion Criteria for the Diabetic Population: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. The diagnosis and classification of diabetes mellitus refer to the World Health Organization Diagnostic Criteria for Diabetes (2019 Edition); 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Populations: 1. Patients with impaired glucose tolerance, impaired fasting blood glucose, and those who have been diagnosed with any type of diabetes; 2. NDS score>=3 points; 3. Neuropathy caused by central nervous system diseases, chronic alcoholism, tumors, infectious diseases, connective tissue diseases, malnutrition, folic acid or vitamin B12 deficiency, etc.; 4. Chronic liver disease (AST/ALT>=2 times the upper limit of normal); 5. Chronic kidney disease (eGFR=2 times the upper limit of normal); 5. Chronic kidney disease (eGFR<=60ml/min.m^2); 6. Active eye disease, moderate to severe dry eye, history of ocular surgery, glaucoma, history of cornea, systemic disease involving the cornea, history of long-term wearing of contact lenses; 7. Those who cannot fix, cooperate or tolerate CCM examination.
