Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of MCI; 2. >=60 years old; 3. Not engaged in regular exercise in the past six months (that is at least 20 minutes of regular exercise in various forms at least twice a week); 4. Informed consent volunteer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious cardiovascular disease; 2. Has a serious muscular disease or has had a lower limb injury within the previous 6 months that prevents him from standing or standing for long periods of time; 3. The presence of severe cognitive impairment psychiatric or other neurodegenerative diseases (Parkinson's dementia stroke vascular dementia lewy body dementia etc.).
