Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of anesthesiologists ASA grade I - II; 2. Female patients undergoing painless egg retrieval under general anesthesia; 3. Age 18-60 years old; 4. 18kg/m^2 <= BMI <= 30kg/m^2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hypertension and diabetes; 2. History of sedative and analgesic drug addiction and severe allergic cases
