18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women undergoing PGT because of single gene disorders, chromosomal abnormalities, carrier of inherited genetic diseases, advanced female age, repeated implantation failure, recurrent miscarriage; 2. Day 2 follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels of 30 nmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute/Chronic endometritis; 2. Endometriosis; 3. Infectious diseases; 4. Application of antibiotics within 3 months; 5. Structural uterine abnormalities; 6. Antiphospholipid syndrome; 7. Endocrine or metabolic disorders; 8. Autoimmune disease; 9. Undergoing immunotherapy; 10. Cancer or post-cancer status; 11. Significant medical complications; 12. Previous enrolment to study or current enrolment to other studies; 13. Smoking; 14. Obesity; 15. Antihypertensive or vascular constricting medications; 16. Muscular constricting agents.
