Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Alzheimer's Disease Inclusion Criteria: (1) Over 55 years old (2) Obvious abnormal findings or cognitive impairment in neuropsychological tests: MMSE score (Mini-mental State Examination) is less than 20 points (3) Amyloid PET examination found pathological changes related to cognitive impairment (4) According to the diagnostic criteria for AD from the National Institute on Aging and the Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA), the diagnosis of AD dementia was made 2.MCI (Mild Cognitive Impairment) Inclusion Criteria: (1) Over 55 years old (2) Obvious abnormal findings or cognitive impairment found in neuropsychological tests: MMSE score (Mini-mental State Examination) between 24 and 30 points (3) Amyloid PET examination found pathological changes related to cognitive impairment (4) According to the diagnostic criteria of the National Institute on Aging and the Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA) for MCI, the diagnosis of MCI dementia was confirmed. 3.Inclusion Criteria for Persons with Normal Cognitive Function: (1) Over 55 years old (2) No obvious abnormal findings or cognitive impairment were found in the neuropsychological test: the MMSE score (Mini-mental State Examination) was above 27 points (3) No pathological changes related to cognitive impairment were found in amyloid PET examination (4) No history of major neurological diseases or psychiatric diseases (5) No history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Vascular dementia, PD, frontotemporal dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies Inclusion Criteria: Enrollment was made according to their respective clinical diagnostic criteria.
