Conditions

Patients with renal cell carcinoma with clinical stage T1a (maximum tumor diameter =4cm and confined to the kidney)

Interventions

Perirenal ice warming group:After 25 minutes of complete renal artery occlusion, subjects were sequentially placed with 4? ice saline around the kidney every 20 minutes.
Control group:After 25 minutes of complete renal artery occlusion, subjects were sequentially implanted with routine thermal saline every 20 minutes around the kidney.
