Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 60 years old or above; 2. Education level: junior high school or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to participate in intervention activities due to physical function limitations; 2. Cognitive impairment (Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale, Moca=15; GAD-7 severe anxiety >=15.
