Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent radical surgery for renal cell carcinoma (RCC) combined with inferior vena cava (IVC) tumor thrombus at our center; 2.Patients aged between 18 and 90 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with fewer than two preoperative imaging examinations; 2.Incomplete imaging data (e.g., missing critical anatomical or diagnostic details); 3.Patients who received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 4.Postoperative pathology showing non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma (non-ccRCC).
