Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 6 months after liver transplantation, the liver function is stable and the renal function is abnormal, higher or lower than normal values (including creatinine, cystatin C, ß2 microglobulin, eGFR, urine protein, urea nitrogen, uric acid, etc.) 2. Liver transplant recipient >= 18 years old 3. Using CNI-based immunosuppressive regimens prior to study entry 4. The pregnancy test is negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A second liver transplant is performed for various reasons within 1 year after the first transplant; 2. Patients with serious underlying diseases, including heart disease, infection and renal insufficiency, combined with other malignant tumors; 3. Active hepatitis B or C (transaminases more than three times the upper limit of normal or total bilirubin more than twice the upper limit of normal, HBV DNA or HCV RNA replication); 4. Leukopenia ( 4.0 mg/dL, eGFR <= 45 mL/min.
