Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age is 18~75 years old. 2.Plan to undergo non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 3.ASA classification I~III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Taking or relying on opioids; 2.Emergency surgery, extracranial surgery, transplant surgery and surgery under regional anesthesia. 3.When severe respiratory insufficiency or breathing air, the partial pressure of finger pulse oxygen is less than 95%; 4.Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 5.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6.The patient is pregnant or nursing. 7.The patient is allergic to the drugs used in the study. 8.Outpatient operation; 9.History of epilepsy or acute brain disease; 10.Patients are unable to cooperate or refuse to participate in the study. 11.Have participated in other clinical studies in the last 3 months or need other operations in the last 3 months.
