Dexmedetomidine 1 group (Dex1 group):Dexmedetomidine 0.2 µg/kg.h pump
Dexmedetomidine 2 group (Dex2 group):Dexmedetomidine 0.4 µg/kg.h pump
Control group (Group C):Same dose of normal saline treatment

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II gastric cancer patients, aged 18-65 years, with normal preoperative liver and kidney function, scheduled for elective surgery, were enrolled in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1, patients with sinus bradycardia or bundle branch block before surgery, 2, dexmedetomidine drug allergy or special contraindications, 3, participated in other clinical experiments within three months.
