Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sex is not limited to male or female, age >= 18 years. And meet all the following conditions: 1 Clinical symptoms: the subject is sudden one-sided chest pain, shortness of breath, dyspnoea, which may be accompanied by coughing up sputum, haemoptysis and other symptoms; 2 Imaging examination confirmed the diagnosis of pneumothorax, which may or may not be accompanied by bullae (=10% volume compression of lung tissue on one side), and persistent air leakage for more than 2 weeks; 3 Ineffective conservative treatment by internal medicine: treatment by internal medicine anti-inflammatory, suction, closed chest drainage, oxygenation, etc., the effect is unsatisfactory, and the improvement of lung function index or patient's symptoms is not obvious; 4 There are indications for thoracic surgical treatment but there is a contraindication to surgery; or there are indications for surgical treatment but thoracic surgery is refused due to economic or subject's wishes; 5 Subjects who are still willing to undergo medical thoracoscopy and are willing to cooperate in completing the follow-up after communicating to the subjects and their families about the possible risks, complications, effects, and costs of medical thoracoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with combined dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidneys and other important organs; patients with pacemaker placement; 2 Subjects with a collapsed thorax, extensive adhesions and thickening of the pleura, and possible thoracic atresia; 3 Subjects with marked destruction or infection of the contralateral lung, where oxygenation may not be maintained by unilateral lung ventilation; 4 Subjects who, in the opinion of the investigator, have other conditions that make them unsuitable for participation in this study (a-antitrypsin deficiency, AIDS, etc.);
