Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-pedunculated colorectal lesions, 20-40 mm in size.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: These include pedunculated lesions, residual lesions after endoscopic resection, familial polyposis syndrome, lesions in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, lesions suspected of deep submucosal invasion (based on white light morphology and magnified NBI assessment), and patients unwilling to provide written informed consent.
