Control group:Routine rehabilitation, 1x/day, 14 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018, and have not undergone systematic rehabilitation treatment for the first time and have unilateral lower limb paralysis, within 72 hours of onset, and muscle strength grade III to V. 2. Age 40-80 years old, male or female; 3. Stable condition with no progression or aggravation; 4. Assisted or independent walking > = 12m; 5. Length of hospitalization>=14 days; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the treatment of this protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to cooperate with the study due to cognitive impairment, inability to speak, etc. 2. Have rheumatoid arthritis, knee osteoarthritis, lower limb fracture and other diseases that affect the movement of the lower limbs. 3. Have other serious diseases such as heart failure or myocardial infarction.
