Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18; 2. Registered nurses with nurse practicing qualifications; 3. Continuous working for clinical nursing service >= 1 year; 4. Volunteer to participate in the survey and promise to truthfully fill in the survey questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Trainee nursing students and nursing staff in hospitals; 2. people who go out for study or further education; 3. Nurses who participated in other intervention studies or surveys during the same time period;
