Intervention group:The patients in the intervention group received an early rehabilitation plan developed by the research team based on literature review and guideline recommendations, which was revis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with end-stage liver disease who have received their first liver transplant; (2) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Multiple liver transplant surgeries; (2) Patients with combined cognitive impairment, limb paralysis, fractures, and severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction
