Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.> = male or female aged 18 years; 2. CTA results were clearly diagnosed as TBAD, and endovascular repair was undergo at the same time; 3. Endovascular repair is 90 days from < onset; 4. CTA follow-up at least once within 1 year after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lesions located in the ascending aorta; 2. Patients with genetic diagnosis or clinical suspicion of connective tissue disease; 3. No preoperative or postoperative follow-up CTA data were available; 4. Patients with TBAD undergoing open surgery or non-first-time endovascular repair; 5. Patients with an interval of less than 24 hours between onset and TEVAR surgery; 6. The expected survival time of the patient is < 1 year.
