Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus, age >=18 years; 2. Have good communication skills, and can read relevant information such as informed documents; 3. Able to participate in diabetes check-ups regularly, including self-testing blood sugar more than once a week and receiving and cooperating with the guidance of medical staff for follow-up once a month; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in the trial; 2. Those with a history of severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; 3. Those who have severe hearing impairment or mental impairment and are unable to cooperate with the researcher independently; 4. Patients with serious diabetes-related complications and other serious diseases or malignant tumors; 5. Withdraw from this study halfway.
