Large Language Model Group:10-20 minutes of daily large language model dialogue system assisted emotional counseling and anxiety relief dialogue.
Routine nursing group:Standard preoperative education and routine perioperative care.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 50-80 who plan to undergo total knee replacement surgery. 2. The patient has mild to moderate preoperative anxiety (assessed according to the Self Rating Anxiety Scale [SAS]). 3. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness. 2. Language communication barriers or those who are not suitable for using smart devices. 3. Individuals who have received other systemic psychological interventions.
