Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Case: Adult women with typical clinical manifestations of VLS,including itching and depigmentation of the external genitalia; 2.Case: Pathological biopsy confirms VLS; 3.Control: Adult women without visible inflammation of the external genital skin; 4.Control: No skin lesions within 5mm around the specimen; 5.Control: Pathological confirmation shows normal skin on the external genitalia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Case: use of local steroids/immunomodulators within 1 week (including local glucocorticoids and calcineurin inhibitors); 2.Case: use of systemic immunosuppressants or phototherapy within 4 weeks; 3.Case: use of moisturizer within 12 hours; 4.Case: Vaginitis, invasive cancer, and carcinoma in situ; 5.Control group: Infectious diseases, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases; 6.Control group: Hormones or immunosuppressants used within 2 months before sampling;
