Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Psoriasis patients: 1.Diagnosed with psoriasis by at least two dermatologists, with a disease duration of more than six months. 2.Aged between 18 and 75 years, with no gender restrictions. 3.Moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis (Psoriasis Area and Severity Index [PASI] >= 12), with or without joint involvement. 4.Willing to receive IL-23 inhibitor treatment. 5.Willing to attend regular follow-up visits at the specialized outpatient clinic and voluntarily sign the informed consent form. Healthy volunteers: 1.Aged between 18 and 75 years, male or female, matching the age and gender of the enrolled psoriasis patients; 2.Provide a physical examination report for the past six months to confirm that there is no serious underlying disease; 3.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psoriasis patients: 1.Prior treatment with other biologics before enrollment, within five half-lives of the respective biologic. 2.Other types of psoriasis, including erythrodermic psoriasis and pustular psoriasis (palmoplantar pustulosis and acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau). 3.Severe cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal diseases; active infections; malignancies; other autoimmune diseases; or severe immunosuppressive conditions such as AIDS. 4.Contraindicated in individuals with severe hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or excipients of IL-23 inhibitors.
