Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of chronic coronary syndrome group: (1) Age >=18 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Patients have certain language expression and understanding ability, understand and voluntarily fill in the informed consent, cooperate with the completion of blood tests, and can complete the depression scale assessment; (3) Satisfy one of the six conditions: 1) Patients with suspected coronary heart disease and symptoms of stable angina pectoris, regardless of whether they have dyspnea;2) Patients with newly developed heart failure or left ventricular dysfunction and suspected coronary heart disease;3) Asymptomatic or stable patients after acute coronary syndrome, or patients who have recently undergone revascularization; 4) Patients with or without symptoms, more than 1 year after initial diagnosis or revascularization; 5) Patients with angina pectoris and suspected vasospasm or microcirculation disease; 6) Asymptomatic patients with coronary heart disease were found at screening. 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: (1) Age >=18 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Patients have certain language expression and understanding ability, understand and voluntarily fill in the informed consent, and cooperate with the completion of blood tests; (3) Patients admitted to hospital due to chest tightness and palpitations to improve the examination and rule out organic heart disease; (4) Depression scale score excluded depressive symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coronary CTA or previous coronary angiography showed >=50% of untreated left main lesions; 2. Have a history of mental illness or mental illness; 3.New York Heart Association Heart Function Scale III-IV; 4.Uncontrolled hypertension, defined as SBP>=180mmHg or DBP>=110mmHg; 5. The presence of serious non-coronary heart disease, such as moderate to severe valvular heart disease, artificial heart valve replacement, congenital heart disease, uncontrolled arrhythmias, acute pericarditis, myocarditis and other heart diseases; 6. There are serious non-cardiovascular diseases or diseases that affect the life expectancy of patients, such as malignant tumors, organ failure caused by various causes, severe immune system diseases, hemodynamic instability, severe anemia, severe infection, etc. 7. Women during pregnancy; 8.There are any other factors that the investigator considers inappropriate for inclusion in or completion of the study.
